Somewhere along the way, we let our bodies become marketing projects. But you don’t need a fancy plan, expensive supplements or trendy health trackers to feel good in your body. In fact - trying to keep up with all of these ever-shifting gadgets and health plans is truly, seriously stressful.
Stop it already and return to simple health basics.
As many of you know, I have always loosely followed the health plan of the Seventh Day Adventists.
I am not an Adventist, but many years ago I learned about their incredibly basic and incredibly effective and simple health plan.
